TIME

--

All those memories grew dull and withered
But the lessons learned are evermore
Looking back, I’m miles away
from where I was before

See, who I was yesterday
and where I am standing now
Believe me or not
It’s the charm of time somehow

Days, months, and years passed,
in a blink of an eye
Glancing back to bygone days
I realized time fly

Met many people
few stayed; rest are in memories now
They say, “Time changes people.”
I don’t know why but I’ve seen how

All those memories grew dull and withered
But the lessons learned are evermore
Looking back, I’m miles away
from where I was before

Flickered my eyes
It’s another place; another day,
Time left me muzzled
How should I act; what should I say?
